He is the son of famous film maker and actor in marathi film industry Mahesh Kothare. Adinath started his career as a child in the 1994 Marathi film ‘Maza Chakula’. After that his first film ‘Ved lavi Jeeva’ as an adult was directed by Mahesh Kothare, his dad. He is acted in his father’s marathi film Zapatlela 2.
