How to make Thalipith :

Here is a traditional Maharashtrian recipes With whole wheat flour, thalipeeth is very nutritious, and also easy to prepare. People often move to fast-foods, because they assume traditional recipes are time-consuming. Not at all! every cuisine has a mix of quick, everyday cooking, as well as elaborate recipes.

How to make Thalipith

 

बनवा  थालिपीठ  , खाली दिलेल्या पद्धतीने. तुम्हाला दिलेली लिस्ट च वापर  थालिपीठ  बनवण्या करीता करा
अणि सम्पूर्ण परीवाराला खायला दया पौष्टिक अणि चविस्ट  कोल्हापुरी  फिश  . 

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour (atta)
  • 1 cup Bajra Flour
  • ½ cup rice Flour
  • ½ cup Besan
  • ½ tsp Chilly Powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Dhania Powder
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Methode : 

  1. Mix the flours and roast lightly in a pan or a griddle.
  2. Add chilly powder, salt, turmeric powder, dhania powder and jeera powder.
  3. Knead with water to make firm dough.
  4. Roll into thin rotis and cook over a tawa (griddle), smearing oil on both sides, till crisp
